I don't know my original Verizon email and User id. My mother died 2 years ago and now I'm paying the bill. What do I do to resolve this issue?

I'm sorry to hear about your loss and the difficulties you're facing with your Verizon account. Resolving this issue will require contacting Verizon's customer support directly. Here's what you can do:

  1. Gather Necessary Information: Before contacting Verizon, gather any information you have related to the account, such as your mother's name, address, phone number associated with the account, and any other relevant details.

  2. Contact Verizon Customer Support: You can reach Verizon customer support through their website, by phone, or by visiting a Verizon store in person. Explain your situation to the customer service representative and inform them that you're trying to manage your mother's account after her passing but don't have access to the email and user ID associated with it.

  3. Provide Documentation: Verizon may require documentation to verify your identity and your relationship to the account holder, as well as proof of your mother's passing. This could include a death certificate, a copy of your ID, and possibly other documents depending on Verizon's specific requirements.

  4. Update Account Information: Once Verizon verifies your identity and your relationship to the account holder, they should be able to assist you in updating the account information, including setting up a new email and user ID for the account if necessary.

  5. Billing and Account Management: After gaining access to the account, you can manage billing and other account-related tasks. If there are any outstanding bills or payments, you can discuss payment options with Verizon to ensure the account remains in good standing
